For any problem, concern, incident or issue that warrants further investigation by the executive committee, TWRHL must receive a copy of the Complaint Intake Form withing 14 days of it being recognized.

All persons involved will be contacted and given the opportunity to submit a written statement.

​

The Executive Committee will review all material, decide on the appropriate course of action and return a written explanation to the complainant.

​

Any person who warrants reprimand will be contacted by the President of the league.
